Mar. 17th, 2020 04:40 pm When you booked a holiday 3 weeks ago and are regretting it now!
I was really looking forward to summer, now it looks like the pandemic in the UK will reach its peak around the same time I planned my holiday. Due to the virus, the park I booked is actually closed until April now.
I can re-book it to later in the year at a cost but my partner needs to get his leave approved again, and last time that took a whole month because his employers are shit and don't give a toss about their workers.
If I miss the deadline to change it, I can leave it and hope it will blow over by then. Or hope if it's bad they will cancel it and I'll get my money back.
God, the one and only holiday I've planned this year and it's just causing me more grief! At least it wasn't abroad.
